About Nick
Nick Ridge is a Toronto born and based filmmaker and animator, specializing in short and micro films. His work shows love entwined with friendship, and suggests to people they allow themselves to play in their daily lives.
Nick graduated from Ursula Franklin Academy with honours, and was awarded a community of learners medal. He is an alumni of George Brown, graduating from the Video Design and Production program with honours in 2021. And in 2023 became a finalist in the RBC training grounds program. Nickolas' work was shown at the OCADU 2023 Spring animation showcase. His upcoming project "Adventures of an adolescent Michael" will be shown in GradEx 2024.
